Responsibilities
Regional representation within assigned territory
Development of personalized action plans for key opinion leaders and decision-makers
Visiting physicians to maintain and increase product use
Planning and coordinating roundtable discussions, group meetings, local symposia, professional exhibitions, and targeted events
Accurate communication of approved product risk/benefit profile
Achievement and exceeding of sales targets including value and market share objectives
Implementation of marketing plans in alignment with company policies
Identification of resources required and definition of applicable sales targets
Maintenance of structured list of target audiences by region
Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge through company training and self-learning
Staying informed about managed portfolio and covered indications
Understanding therapeutic guidelines and clinical practices relevant to assigned areas
Following local and company compliance regulations
Active participation in trainings, marketing meetings, sales meetings, cycle meetings, region meetings, and other business forums
Keeping current on company approval and administration processes, internal policies, and procedures
Sharing and reporting market information in line with company ethical standards and local regulations

Requirements
University degree in life sciences or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector
Experience in vaccines
Strong sales capabilities with proven track record of achieving targets
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented approach
Basic IT knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and sales tools
Valid driving license
Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector
Experience in vaccines
Strong sales capabilities with proven track record of achieving targets
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
