Key Account Manager

With L’Oréal, Key Account Management means being responsible for a part of our business and working with large clients to build a close partnership and increase L’Oréal’s share of the Health&Beauty market.

Your key roles and accountabilities will be:

  • Negotiating with the client to build a business relationship of trust and confidence that can deliver mutual business objectives
  • Tailoring and maximizing new launches within accounts
  • Liaising with all areas of the business in order to assure the highest level of customer service
  • Monitoring sales and identifying new business opportunities for your accounts and accurately forecasting promotions and launches
  • Putting together rationales for new product listings, space increases and promotions
  • Budget monitoring and follow up
  • Key competitor analysis

Ideal candidate:

  • Are results-driven and enjoy challenges
  • Are natural communicators who enjoy networking ad negotiating, able to adapt to different personalities and circumstances
  • Are flexible thinkers who generate new ideas and business solutions
  • Are able to present with passion and handle challenging audience confidently
  • Possess a Master degree in Business or related field
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in Key Account Management with FMCG chains or luxury
  • Speak fluent English and are native-level speaker of Hungarian language
  • Proficient users of MS Office
