Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

· Lead and manage complex onshore tenders from start to finish

· Analyze client requests, tender materials, and contracts to prepare accurate cost estimates, price proposals, and risk assessments

· Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and smooth project handovers

· Collaborate across departments to gather input and deliver competitive proposals

· Negotiate with customers and represent FairWind at meetings, supplier events, and industry fairs

· Maintain CRM records and cost databases, ensuring up-to-date and accurate documentation

· Contribute to process improvements and sales development initiatives

· Support the onboarding of new sales team members

Requirements

  • A demonstrable background in the wind energy sector is essential for this role.
  • Sales, Account Management, or Tender Coordination: Experience in one or more of these areas—particularly within technical or energy-related industries—is highly valued and will support success in the role.
  • Analytical & Commercial Insight: Strong analytical skills are key, along with the ability to understand and work with technical and commercial documentation in a project-driven environment.
  • You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English is required. German language skills are a plus and will enhance your effectiveness in cross-border collaboration.
