Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:
  • Caring about existing key customers
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with key customers - regularly visit them and find out their needs, take care of the smooth processing of their orders.
  • Management and development of long-term business relationships.
  • Negotiate business terms of cooperation with individual customers.
  • Searching for new opportunities to develop cooperation with existing customers
  • As part of long-term corporate plans, the account manager plans sales volume and negotiates marketing actions implemented with individual customers.
  • Ensuring feedback from clients towards the company - this is a source of important stimuli and inspiration for the improvement and development of the company.
  • Active search and acquisition of new customers
  • Planning and meeting set sales targets
  • Implementation of promotional activities and sales events
  • Reporting and monitoring of competitor´s activities
  • Checking the display of goods, ensuring the correct presentation of products
  • Participation in regular meetings and training of the sales team

Requirements

Expected knowledge and skills :
• University or education of economic type or secondary school education with demonstrable experience of the KAM
• At least three years of sales experience, experience with care about key clients such as hyper and supermarkets, drugstore chains, and e-shops, knowledge of the environment of cooperation with pharmacy distributors and pharmacies 
• The ability to create and deepen long-term professional relationships with key clients
• Active approach, reliability, independence, flexibility, ability to finalise running projects, business and analytical thinking
• Performance-oriented, target and result orientation
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
• User knowledge of working with PC, very good ability to work in Excel and PowerPoint
• English language on a communicative level
• Driving license B

  • Understanding or interest in baby products
