Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships
Lead annual negotiations and manage contractual agreements
Develop and execute customer-specific business plans and yearly strategies
Analyze market data, sell-out reports, and category insights to identify growth opportunities
Plan and implement promotional activities in line with internal guidelines
Conduct regular business reviews to strengthen collaboration and drive performance
Work closely with internal functions to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
Proven experience working independently with key retail partners
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
Confident user of Excel and MS Office tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English and Hungarian (spoken and written)
Valid Category B driving license

Experience with fresh product categories
