WHAT YOU WILL DO

Update and create product documentation in English while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and consistency. 
Ensure the high quality of product information by adhering to established guidelines and standards. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project tasks and streamline documentation processes efficiently. 
Maintain effective communication with customers and Aleido colleagues to address inquiries and collaborate effectively. 
Understand customer requirements and proactively propose improvement ideas to enhance the quality of product information and customer satisfaction.

WHO YOU ARE

We are seeking new colleagues who will play a key role in developing next-generation product information. To excel in this role, your qualifications should include: 

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written 
Technical aptitude and interest in technology 
A good technical understanding 
Analytical thinking

Furthermore, you are motivated to create solutions that are effective, easy to understand, and designed in a way that aligns with how today's users prefer to receive information. You are also genuinely interested in staying updated with emerging technologies.
