Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including system configuration and development of custom features
Support technical consulting and testing activities
Follow implementation standards and technical best practices
Learn to provide expertise on technical questions related to the ServiceNow platform
Identify business requirements and contribute to the standardization of processes in design and deliverables

Requirements

Solid understanding of JavaScript
Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST, SOAP, JSON and XML
Interest in becoming a ServiceNow developer
Working proficiency in English and German
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

Nice-to-have

ServiceNow administration or development experience, System integration experience using web-based technologies such as REST/SOAP, HTTP, CSS, XML, Experience in web application development, Experience with other ITSM software, Strong communication and presentation skills
