Responsibilities

About the role

We are looking for a Junior SAP PLM Functional Consultant to join our growing team in Budapest. In this role you will work closely with senior consultants on international food and pharma projects, supporting clients in their digital transformation journey. You will gain hands-on experience with SAP PLM and related modules while contributing to real-world implementations.

Responsibilities

Assist in the functional design, configuration, and testing of SAP PLM modules
Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze client requirements and document business processes
Support product data modeling, labeling, and regulatory compliance processes
Participate in system testing, project documentation, and end-user training
Help ensure solutions align with food and pharma industry standards
Contribute to client workshops, functional specifications, and technical deliverables
Assist in creating and managing product master data, test scripts, and other project outputs
Manage user stories, analyze and replicate bugs, cover technical doubts

Requirements

Requirements

Degree in IT, Engineering, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences
1–4 years of experience in SAP (PLM, MM, PP, or EHS modules preferred)
Industry exposure in food or pharma (internship or junior-level role acceptable)
Strong interest in compliance, product data management, and digital transformation
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
A true team player with eagerness to learn and grow professionally
