Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping financial operations accurate, balanced, and compliant. Your work will ensure that cash movements, invoices, and outstanding items are properly tracked and resolved.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and resolving complex financial balance issues
- Investigating discrepancies, identifying risks, and escalating when needed
- Managing cash collection and allocation activities
- Communicating regularly with external partners regarding payments, invoices, and documentation
- Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing recurring and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
- Supporting audits and performance reporting (KPIs, SLAs)
- Working closely with multiple internal teams across finance and operations
- Keeping process documentation up to date and supporting business-as-usual continuity

Requirements

What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- A degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Experience in an international or shared-service environment (advantage)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Solid IT skills, including intermediate MS Office knowledge
