To support the growing market demands, Medicontur is now looking for an ambitious:
Tasks
- Managing Documentation: Become familiar with the technical file of our product portfolio.
- Supporting Documentation Development: Assist in developing technical documentation to comply with global regulations.
- Developing Documentation System: Assist in developing the QMS and technical documentation creation process.
- Updating Registration Database: Keep the registration database current and accurate.
- Documentation in task manager program: executing tasks related to product registration
- Coordination of internal changes; customer notification: attending change process and inform the customers about the changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English is a must both spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with excellent record-keeping skills
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to distinguish between relevant and irrelevant information
Advantages
- User level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
- Basic knowledge of German
What we offer
