Responsibilities

We have a lot of work ahead of us and some exciting projects coming up.

If that sounds more motivating than intimidating, keep reading.

For our Hungarian team, we are looking for a Project Manager who understands construction, pays attention to detail and is ready to take responsibility for delivering interior projects from start to finish.

You do not need ten years of experience. We are happy to meet someone who has already spent a year or two in construction, understands how a building site works and wants to grow into an independent project management role.

We will teach you our products, systems and processes.

What will you do?

Manage the delivery of our interior system projects, from smaller office installations to large projects covering several floors of an office building.
Coordinate projects directly on construction sites.
Communicate with site managers, technical supervisors, contractors, architects and other project partners.
Monitor the quality and progress of installation work.
Deal with unexpected situations that naturally come with construction projects and find practical solutions.
Work closely with our Sales Managers and technical team.
Coordinate materials, additional works and subcontractors when required
Keep project documentation and the site diary up to date.
Prepare and hand over the necessary documents for invoicing and project completion
Make sure agreed deadlines, quality standards and project requirements are met.
You will not be sitting behind a desk all day. This is a hands on role combining construction site coordination, communication, technical thinking and project responsibility.

Requirements

You could be a great fit if:

You have a secondary school or university education in construction or a related technical field.
You already have around one to two years of experience in construction, for example as a site supervisor, junior site manager, construction technician or junior project manager.
You understand how construction projects and building sites work.
You are practical, organised and able to react quickly when unexpected situations arise.
You pay attention to details and care about the quality of the final result.
You are reliable and take responsibility for what you agree to deliver.
You are comfortable communicating with different people on a construction site.
You can work independently while cooperating closely with the rest of the team.
You are flexible and able to respond quickly when a project requires immediate action
You speak Hungarian fluently.
You have a good working command of English, as you will regularly communicate with colleagues from our international headquarters.
You have a category B driving licence and are comfortable travelling to project sites.
Experience with interior fit outs, partitions, dry construction or commercial buildings is an advantage, but not a requirement.
What matters most to us is that you understand construction, have common sense, take responsibility and want to learn.

HUF 850,000 to 950,000+ gross per month, depending on your experience and level of independence.
For a more experienced candidate, the final salary can be discussed individually.
