Responsibilities
- Checking the plans.
- Assistance in the building permit procedure.
- Consultation with the authorities.
- Project monitoring, preparation of reports.
- Participation in the technical hand-over.
- Participation in the granting of authorisation for placing in service.
- Requesting, technical verification and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier bids.
Requirements
- Functions effectively as part of a team.
- Computer proficient and the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes.
- Strong written, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- General understanding of industry ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Ready and willing to learn new skills to enhance their career growth.
- Bachelor of Science in Construction or Engineering preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of same.
- 3-5 years of high-rise civil construction experience required.
