Have you ever wondered how an office chair ends up in its place, how we choose the service providers responsible for repairs, and what kind of system drives these decisions?

Then procurement is your world! Our team is looking for a new Junior Procurement Specialist to introduce you to this exciting field, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

TASKS

You’ll spend most of your time calculating prices and recording them in our system to ensure data is well-structured and traceable for decision-making.
You’ll participate in negotiations with service providers and learn the basics of negotiation techniques.
You’ll represent the procurement team as a contact person for our supplier partners and internal departments.

REQUIREMENTS

University degree
Proficiency in Excel: functions, formulas, and Pivot tables are second nature to you.
You have a structured mindset and enjoy uncovering logic within complex data and systems.
Proactive, solution-focused, and positive attitude
Motivation to learn the procurement profession from experienced professionals, our team will support your growth every step of the way.
Ability to work from our Dunaharaszti office 3 times weekly collaborating closely with our teams
