Junior Packaging Data and Operations SpecialistFor our customer, a leading global, science-based agriculture company, we are seeking a motivated individual for a temporary assignment starting immediately as aJunior Packaging Data and Operations SpecialistJunior Packaging Data and Operations SpecialistPurposeEnsures the management of all packaging-related data within master data management systems, maintaining data integrity, supporting the packaging code life-cycle, and enabling operational efficiency.Understands basic requirements for packaging and transporting dangerous goodsKey AccountabilitiesEnsures that all operations under direct control comply with the company's & Environment policiesContributes to collaboration and interaction with other PT&E groups (Analytical, , Application, Formulationdevelopment and Formulation Engineering) and Logistics to support delivering the best product experience for the customersAssist in basic interactions with external partners, such as suppliers and technology partners, to support packaging projects. Focus on learning and understanding collaboration processes.Develop awareness of project timelines and resource needs. Learn to follow schedules and seek guidance to prioritize tasks effectivelyCollects and tracks project costs, performing basic cost analysisFollows standard operational excellence procedures and participates in improvement initiatives within their scope of workCoordinates specific project components, collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion. Monitors progress against defined milestones, identifies potential issues, and proposes solutionsUnderstands packaging materials, designs functional packaging meeting requirements, and has basic knowledge of testing methods to ensure quality standardsFollows established packaging quality control procedures and guidelines, performing basic quality checks on filled and packed products to ensure compliance with specifications, and reports any deviations or non-conformitiesExperience & SkillsCommercial or technical educational background (e.g., commercial apprenticeship with further education, technical degree, or equivalent)Basic experience (1-2 years) in data management, documentation, or administrative support rolesEnglish C1 Level, German beneficialInterested?
