Responsibilities

Mapping and analysis of manufacturing processes, including data collection and evaluation
Supporting improvement projects in production areas through the application of Lean principles
Identifying waste (muda) and developing proposals aimed at waste reduction
Monitoring performance indicators and analyzing deviations from targets
Conducting observations and measurements, preparing reports and presentations
Implementing and further developing standard processes and visual management tools
Initiating and coordinating efficiency improvement projects and workshops
Participation in developing a lean culture and mindset
Supporting the implementation and daily operation of Lean tools and methodologies
Actively participating in the optimization of company-wide processes

Requirements

BSC degree or final semester studies (in engineering)
Basic knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills with all levels of the organization
MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
Openness to learning and development
Intermediate English language skills

Nice-to-have

Relevant professional/work experience
Knowledge of REFA methodology
Conversational level proficiency in a second language
