POSITION PURPOSE
Management of dedicated Pharmacy and Mass Market chains as Junior Key Account Manager to achieve overall financial and general business objectives of Bayer Consumer Health Division in the Hungarian pharmacy chain and ‘mass market’ sub-channels
MAJOR TASKS OF POSITION
* Work out enhanced pharmacy chain and mass-market key account sales co-operation schemes and customer plans
* Plan, negotiate, co-ordinate, analyze, follow-up and improve further pharmacy and mass market key account co-operation agreements and activities with dedicated chains supervised by Consolidated DSO team head (HKAM)
* Plan, get approved and manage dedicated partners' budget by customers, discuss Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing and Consolidated DSO team head (HKAM)
* Ensure sales and cost targets are met with BCH’s portfolio in the pharmacy key account sub-channel and mass market sub-channel with dedicated chains
* Handle e-commerce tasks at dedicated pharmacy and mass-market chains.
* Work close cooperation with Trade Marketing and Marketing brand managers as a valuable Consolidated team member
* Apply Bayer CH specific pharmacy and mass-market key account sales co-operation schemes and customer plans for dedicated chains
* Collaborate with Trade Marketing in sub-channel planning, promotional activity, evaluation, and inclusion of conclusions into future. Elaborate commonly with TM and HKAM ecommerce activities with key customers
* Analyze current promotional activity structure with dedicated chains, adjust activities to reach higher net sales, market share and better ROI figures.
* At the end of the year precisely calculate each partner’s performance and take the necessary steps if necessary (compensation) have it documented at each partner.
 
Position Purpose

    Requirements
     
  • Education: college/university degree, preferably in business administration, economics.
  • Experience: minimum 1 year Key Account Manager or 1 year Trade Marketing Manager experience in Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG industry. Experience with e-commerce partners is an advantage!
  • Competencies: strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills, open and eager to learn fast, dynamic, honest, flexible, hardworking. Good relationship and communication skills, result orientation & decision making.
  • Good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams) and preferably MS PBI.
  • Fluent English knowledge.
