Junior IT Business Partner Graduate
As a Junior IT Business Partner Graduate at DHL Supply Chain Hungary, you’ll develop very fast to being an expert!
You will spend 24 months with learning about the IT fields in logistics from the beginning to the end. You will have the chance to see how a supply chain project starts, builds up, grows, and develops from an IT perspective. Your rotation plan throughout our organisation is already available. You will gain experience at the IT department of DHL Supply Chain. You will work closely with our Business Development, Solutions Design, Operations Excellence and Operations.
Your role:
- Shadowing different IT operational roles at various sites
- Learn IT operational and functional procedures with the support of a mentor
- Support daily business at 1st and 2nd level
- Manage and support infrastructure and application related changes
- To represent IT within different business units of DHL Supply Chain
- To ensure that domain specific IT requirements are fully understood and maintained within the budget
- To assess IT opportunities, prioritize projects based on predefined criteria with business leadership and stakeholders
- To manage IT Business Development / Customer Solutions initiatives
- To present proper planning, alignment, and handover of such initiatives to the IT delivery teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Masters/Higher school-finished with degree-not later than 1 year or student before finishing the studies
- Strong IT background (basic knowledge on the infrastructure and programming)
- Hungarian and English language
- Work experience in IT support (logistics/production more than welcome)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent communicational and organizational skills
- Eager to develop career
- Feeling of responsibility for own and colleagues’ actions
