Responsibilities

What you'll be doing
In this role, you'll be at the heart of daily operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will:
- Act as a key contact point for clients and internal teams
- Handle incoming requests related to property maintenance and operations
- Keep important records and systems accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with different stakeholders (e.g. property managers, tenants, service providers)
- Track and follow up on ongoing tasks to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support reporting activities and contribute to team performance insights
- Take part in meetings, knowledge sharing, and onboarding new colleagues

Requirements

What we're looking for
- A university degree (or about to graduate)
- Strong interest in business operations, administration, or real estate
- Confident English communication skills
- Comfortable using MS Office and digital tools
Nice to have
- Any previous experience in admin, customer support, or similar roles
- Exposure to international work environments
- Additional European language skills
