Responsibilities

Goal of the Position:

Providing tech support for employees in Munich office and remote workers from Germany

Projects of the position:

Full time and role advancement to mid/senior profiles
Pivoting to system administration or information security teams

Requirements

Professional requirements for the candidate:

6-12 months of experience in a similar role
Poficiency as Windows user. Proficiency as MacOS user as well would be a significant bonus
Understanding of computer pheripherals and its maintenance (printers toner changes, cable changes and correct connection, etc.)
Basic troubleshooting skills in Windows and preferably in MacOS (eg. no internet connection, printer not found, laptop doesn't start, etc.)
