Responsibilities

What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end invoice processing, validation, and payments, including supplier invoices and operational costs
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable & receivable ledgers, including creditor and debtor balances
- Perform bank reconciliations, payment runs, and cash allocation
- Review and validate financial data, invoices, and cost items to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Carry out cost reconciliations and tenant recharge calculations
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and financial queries
- Monitor and analyze property-related expenditures, providing insights and supporting cost efficiency
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Communicate effectively with tenants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize financial processes and ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Finance/Economics preferred)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Solid MS Office and IT skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Advantage:
- Experience in international finance operations or real estate finance
- Knowledge of additional European languages
