Your future tasks will be...
The Technology Sourcing Innovation (TSI) team set the system and process vision for Computacenter’s product business to ensure we delight our customers effectively through proven standard services, global best practise and efficient ways of working.
The Business Insights Data Analyst role supports the Quality and Business Insights Manager in providing data driven business insights to achieve increased efficiency and an improved customer experience.
On a daily basis:
The Technology Sourcing Innovation (TSI) team set the system and process vision for Computacenter’s product business to ensure we delight our customers effectively through proven standard services, global best practise and efficient ways of working.
The Business Insights Data Analyst role supports the Quality and Business Insights Manager in providing data driven business insights to achieve increased efficiency and an improved customer experience.
On a daily basis:
- You produce data content and assure data integrity for the Technology Sourcing business insights and quality reports
- You maintain data set consistency to allow trending and comparison
- You produce data to support the tracking of benefits realisation of improvement initiatives, especially related to cost to serve impact
- You maintain instruction documentation for the production of data, parameters used and any exclusions applied
- You collate supporting required data from Finance and HR
- You maintain quality standard trigger points
- You co-ordinate business insights communication plans
- You maintain stakeholder lists
- You schedule for business insights reviews including meeting invite, agenda, distribution of pre-read documentation and minutes
- You co-ordinate business insights action plan
- You follow up action owners to collate updates and chase outstanding actions.
Requirements
You are the ideal candidate if...
- You have 1-3 years experience in similar role
- You are fluent in English (German and French are an advantage)
- You have excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- You have reporting and analysis experience
- You have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- You possess advanced Excel skills
- You have experience managing databases
- You have PowerBI experience
- You are willing to travel across Europe.
Nice-to-have
You have an advantage if...
- You have experience with relevant business systems (e.g. SAP, BI solutions, Partner Portals like Azure and AWS)
- You have a good understanding of Marketplace offers
- You have proven experience of high standards of customer service.
