Junior Customer and Sales Support (103-23-44043/PR)
Feladatok:
Our Partner is an innovative leader in the development and manufacturing of industrial automation and inspection equipment worldwide, we are now seeking a dynamic and sales minded Junior Costumer and Sales Support to join and take part in their corporate success.
The new joiner colleague's tasks will include:
- Facilitating the order process and making sure that all requests are handled efficiently
- Supporting directly our industrial clients and sales teams across 10 different countries in Europe
- Following up the delivery process with our external logistic partner
- Providing constant support by phone and email
- Reporting any urgent incidents or problems when needed

Required skills and competencies:
- Educational background or a first working experience in customer service
- Great communication skills is a must
- Excellent English in oral and written also - your onboarding will be held abroad
- Knowledge in MS Office
