Responsibilities
- Support of the global CRM Manager in administrative tasks as well as in the implementation of best practices
- CRM first-line support for Salesforce managers and IT in local subsidiaries
- Creation of Veeva and Salesforce reports
- Setting up new users in Veeva and Salesforce
- Territory management in Salesforce
- Support in the introduction of Veeva in new countries
- Training of experienced as well as new Veeva users and teams
- Communication with external third-party providers and service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business-related field (e.g. business informatics, business administration) or a comparable qualification
- Excellent analytical and communication skills as well as team spirit
- Fluent in English and also in German
- Professional experience with a CRM system (preferably Veeva, Salesforce) is an advantage
- Good understanding of marketing and sales processes in the pharmaceutical business is desirable
- Familiarity with agile management methods such as Scrum and Kanban and tools like Jira is helpful
