- Creating, implementing, and managing CRM activities and promotions
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of campaign briefs and plans
- Coordinating the delivery of promotional content and other marketing materials
- Analyzing and managing customer segmentation for multiple brands
- Setting up bonuses and promotions in product back offices
- Evaluating campaign performance and preparing post-campaign analysis
- Preparing and coordinating landing pages and other communication channels
- Creating and optimizing mobile-responsive email templates and marketing materials
Requirements
Requirements:
- Open-mindedness, quick learning ability, and eagerness to develop
- Curiosity, creativity, analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and a task-oriented approach
- Numerical proficiency with the ability to interpret insights from data
- Efficiently handle multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to meet campaign deadlines
Nice-to-have
Nice-to-have:
- Experience or knowledge in HTML/CSS, CRM,
- Experience in campaign management solutions or
- Native knowledge of any of the following languages is a significant advantage:
Brazil-Portuguese, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese
