Responsibilities

Join us at a key moment of transformation – combining controlling, processes, and SAP implementation.
We are looking for a Junior Controller who wants to understand the business behind the numbers – not just report them.
This role goes beyond traditional finance. You will combine financial analysis, process coordination, and system/data work, acting as a key link between external accounting, operations, and management.
You will play an important role in supporting the organization during SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring continuity of controlling activities while contributing to system and process improvements.
With exposure to two markets, this is a unique opportunity to grow into a business-oriented controller.
Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reports (P&L, Capex, Forecast)

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Analyze sales, margins, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Prepare variance analysis and support business decision-making
Monitor Free Cash Flow components (DSO, DIO, DPO) and Capex
Support customer profitability analysis and business cases
Coordinate with external accounting and ensure data accuracy
Act as a bridge between finance, operations, and management
Work with SAP (ECC) and support S/4HANA implementation
Support SAP activities including testing (UAT), data validation, and process alignment
Contribute to process improvements and reporting efficiency
Support controlling activities across two markets

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
1–3 years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting, or audit
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting basics
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Interest in systems, data structures, and process improvements
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
Fluent English (business communication)
Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured mindset
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
