Responsibilities

Support budgeting, forecasting and reporting
Analyze financial and business performance
Build KPI reports and Power BI dashboards
Turn data into business insights
Participate in month-end closing activities
Support automation and process improvement projects
Work closely with Finance, Operations and Commercial teams

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
1-3 years of experience in Finance, Reporting or Controlling
Strong analytical mindset
Good Excel skills and Power BI experience
Interest in analytics, automation and digital solutions
Good English skills
Eagerness to learn and grow

Nice-to-have

SAP or ERP experience
Basic accounting knowledge
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, supply chain or FMCG
