Junior Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role, you will be responsible for accompanying projects in the area of compliance, including data privacy within the Rheinmetall entities in Hungary.

• Advising and supporting employees (m/f/d) in compliance-related issues together with the Compliance & Data Privacy Manager Hungary, the Compliance Officer Hungary and the Compliance Officer Central & Eastern Europe
• Supporting business leaders and their departments in ensuring that operational data protection standards are adhered to and that data protection requirements as per European, Hungarian and other applicable legislation have been implemented
• Ensuring compliance with Group guidelines locally (including those relating to benefits, conflicts of interest, data privacy, etc.)
• Continuously developing and expanding the existing compliance management system (in particular, creating and improving local guidelines and process specifications) in collaboration with the Data Privacy and Compliance Manager Hungary
• Preparing regular compliance reports for management and supervisors in the Rheinmetall AG compliance organisation
• Organisation and implementation and conducting compliance & data privacy training courses
• Close cooperation with the relevant departments (Group-wide compliance organisation, HR, Group security, legal, data privacy officer, etc.)
• Support in conducting internal investigations

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Degree in economics, business law or law; commercial training with relevant further training in compliance and data privacy
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for identifying compliance risks
• Very good communication skills, a high degree of integrity and organisational talent
• Independent and results-oriented approach to work
• Ability to work in a team and confident manner
• Business fluent English and Hungarian language skills
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT Word etc.)
