Main responsibilities, tasks:

Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices across electronic and paper systems
Maintain and update customer account data; support finance/admin tasks including data entry, filing, and reporting
Act as second-level support for escalated billing queries, resolving complex invoice issues and complaints
Maintain accurate billing records and produce regular reports, highlighting trends and issues
Identify and implement improvements to invoicing processes to increase accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and support month-end and year-end close processes
Support and educate colleagues on contractual and financial aspects affecting billing and profitability

Required skills:

Higher education degree
Previous experience in invoicing or billing (0,5–1 years)
Proficiency in invoicing or ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes
Customer-focused
