Role Summary
Junior B2B Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for driving ASUS B2B business growth by acquiring and developing strategic System Integrator (SI) and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partners. The primary objective is to convert partners who have traditionally worked with competing brands (Dell, HP, Lenovo) into active ASUS partners, help them win new end-user opportunities, and build long-term brand loyalty. The role is highly target-driven and requires strong relationship-building skills, proactive engagement, and a structured approach to pipeline management.

Junior B2B Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for driving ASUS B2B business growth by acquiring and developing strategic System Integrator (SI) and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partners. The primary objective is to convert partners who have traditionally worked with competing brands (Dell, HP, Lenovo) into active ASUS partners, help them win new end-user opportunities, and build long-term brand loyalty. The role is highly target-driven and requires strong relationship-building skills, proactive engagement, and a structured approach to pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify and engage with key SI/VAR partners who have strong market presence but limited or no ASUS business.
- Present ASUS value proposition, build trust, and establish joint business plans.
- Drive partner registration, onboarding, and enablement processes to ensure readiness to sell ASUS solutions.
2. Business Development & Pipeline Growth
- Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across key product categories:
- Commercial Notebooks
- Commercial Desktops
- All-in-One solutions
- Work with partners to jointly identify and pursue new end-customer opportunities.
- Ensure partners are committed to quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Actively manage deal progression, increasing win rate and reducing time-to-close.
3. Partner Relationship Management
- Maintain regular cadence of meetings (weekly/bi-weekly) with partners to track progress vs. targets.
- Provide feedback, support, and escalation management to ensure smooth execution.
- Promote ASUS programs, incentives, and campaigns to maximize partner participation.
- Elevate relationships to strategic level by influencing partner investment and marketing focus.
4. Internal Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the liaison between partners and internal ASUS teams (Product Managers, Marketing, Operations).
- Ensure alignment with Product Managers on pricing, forecasting, and deal approvals.
- Share partner insights with CML and CPM to support coordinated channel strategy.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and internal planning sessions.
5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the B2B channel.
- Provide market feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategies.
- Recommend adjustments to programs and incentives to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements
Experience: Previous B2B Partner Account Management experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.
Channel Knowledge: Understanding of distribution and reseller ecosystem is a strong advantage.

Mindset: Strategic, self-driven, and able to work independently with measurable results.
