Responsibilities

bpv JÁDI NÉMETH Attorneys at Law is currently looking for Junior Associate with an excellent command of English who have obtained a Hungarian Law Degree and have study experience abroad or have work experience in an international environment. Please apply with your CV and a covering letter (in both Hungarian and English).

Responsibilities and tasks

advising an international client base in all areas of business law (including corporate, commercial, real estate, employment, banking and finance and regulatory),
preparation, drafting and review of contracts, agreements, legal documents, newsletters, articles, memoranda in various legal areas,
conducting full scale legal research of complex legal matters,
providing legal representation before courts, arbitral tribunals, and authorities.

Requirements

Hungarian Law Degree,
study experience abroad,
excellent command of English,
outstanding communication skills,
confidence,
reliability,
flexibility and strong work ethic,
independent and proactive,
advanced IT skills and excellent user of online legal directories,
interest in arbitration matters.

Nice-to-have

the knowledge of German language.
