Junior and medior financial specialist

Task:

  • Process monthly & weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Calculate payroll amounts including overtime, deductions, and bonuses
  • Manage tax-related documents and distribute forms
  • Report to external authorities and address inquiries from tax offices
  • Adjust interest rates for floating rate bonds and update bond pools
  • Obtain legal documentation for corporate bonds and set up bonds and structured notes accurately
  • Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts and prepare journal entries according to Accounting Policy
  • Analyze financial statements, conduct margin trend analysis, and assist in audits
  • Implement best practices to improve accounting processes and resolve complex issues
  • Handle daily transactions, resolve queries, and maintain strong business relationships
  • Expectation:

  • Education in Human Resources / Economics / Finance / Accounting
  • Business fluency in German and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of Payroll Processing Cycle and finance principles
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Working experience with ERP systems
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Other:

  • Relevant RTR (accounting) experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in the following positions: Payroll Associate, Financial Analyst, or Financial Accountant
