Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant (11. district 2-3home office/week)
Join our multinational partner company, which will establish an AR team in their brand-new COE in Budapest.
As a Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will be responsible for processing and reconciliation of cash receipts.
Your tasks will be in this position:
- Reconcile, investigate, and resolve cash receipts queries, initiate correction within the Accounts Receivable system
- Review collections and allocate correctly to customer account
- Bank payment reconciliation
- Process customer cash receipts
- Processing manual invoices/credit notes according to business requirements.
- Assist in financial, external, and internal audits
- Communicate effectively to stakeholders and internal teams
- Identify discrepancies and ensure all queries on the accounts are followed through and resolved in a timely manner
- Communicate with internal customers for necessary details about invoices and collections (credit notes, reminders)

Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy, Business or equivalent
- 6 months - 1 year work experience in accounts payable role/function
- Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate internally with team members and key stakeholders
- Fluency in English
