Responsibilities

Communicate with external suppliers in case of any inquiries (e-mail, phone)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution (Vendor Master Data / Disbursement / Logistics / Procurement / AP / Tax / Controlling etc.)
Participate in meetings with suppliers, AP team and internal stakeholders
Handle incoming cases on time
Manage any escalations (if needed) for approval processes
Take the necessary actions to resolve problems in the shortest possible way
Handle and coordinate urgent payments with Disbursement team
Handle payment notifications
Comply with Harman policies, internal and external audit requirements
Initiate Supplier Master Data changes, validate bank data changes

Requirements

Please note that this is a 6-month fixed-term contract opportunity.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or specialized secondary education in economics combined with relevant experience
Fluent English and Hungarian, both written and verbal
Openness to learning new systems and processes
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in a hybrid model, with at least one day at the office

Nice-to-have

Experience in a similar role
ERP / SAP system knowledge
Experience in multinational environments
