Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Communicate with external suppliers in case of any inquiries (e-mail, phone)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution (Vendor Master Data / Disbursement / Logistics / Procurement / AP / Tax / Controlling etc.)
- Participate in meetings with suppliers, AP team and internal stakeholders
- Handle incoming cases on time
- Manage any escalations (if needed) for approval processes
- Take the necessary actions to resolve problems in the shortest possible way
- Handle and coordinate urgent payments with Disbursement team
- Handle payment notifications
- Comply with Harman policies, internal and external audit requirements
- Initiate Supplier Master Data changes, validate bank data changes
Requirements
- Please note that this is a 6-month fixed-term contract opportunity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or specialized secondary education in economics combined with relevant experience
- Fluent English and Hungarian, both written and verbal
- Openness to learning new systems and processes
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in a hybrid model, with at least one day at the office
Nice-to-have
- Experience in a similar role
- ERP / SAP system knowledge
- Experience in multinational environments
