Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Participation in the daily accounting process of the company, involving:
- Bank statements and cash transactions processing
- Posting vendor invoices
- Issuing customer invoices and advance invoices
- Reconciling balance sheets, analyzing invoices and indicating and solving any problems in a timely manner
- Maintenance of fixed assets analytics
- Assist chief accountants in the preparation of tax return, KSH reports and other reports to authority.
- Participation in the monthly and year end closing process; accounting of accruals
- Supporting audit procedures
- Administration tasks related to the finance department
- Any transaction based on superior assignment.
- In case of absence (illness, holidays, etc.) the Finance and the Back Office Team members take over special duties and direct superior the responsibilities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the basic Hungarian accounting and taxation processes, rules and principles.
- Urge to work accurately, precisely, thoroughly and effectively,
- 2 years of experience in accounting - Certified accountant exam or Bachelor or Master Degree in the field of Accounting, Finance or Economics is a plus
- Paying attention to details.
- Good communication skills. Good team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and in changing sales oriented business environment.
- Good time management. Meet the deadlines.
- Self-motivated personality.
- Loyalty to the company.
- Good English.
- Navison or Business Central ERP knowledge is a plus
