Responsibilities

Development and enhancement of Java-based applications and components
Design and implementation of new features
Optimization and refactoring of existing solutions
Technical analysis and troubleshooting of issues
Development and maintenance of integrations
Identification and implementation of automation opportunities
Participation in code reviews and technical discussions
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Collaboration with developers, architects, and international professional teams
Investigation of more complex application support issues

Requirements

Several years of practical experience as a Java developer
Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills
Ability to work independently, in a structured and responsible manner
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
At least business-level English or German language proficiency
Openness to working in an international team environment
Strong commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code

Nice-to-have

German language skills
Experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ
Familiarity with the SCIM protocol
Experience with Active Directory and LDAP
PowerShell knowledge
Experience developing APIs and system integrations
Understanding of access management and identity management processes
Experience working in a large enterprise or international IT environment
