Responsibilities

Review and validate vendor invoices and employee expense claims
Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
Provide support to internal stakeholders on payment- and expense-related topics
Perform month-end closing activities related to Purchase to Pay and Fixed Assets
Monitor open items, aging reports, reconciliations and KPIs
Manage fixed asset accounting: capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals
Support audits, documentation, and continuous process improvements
Cooperate closely with finance teams and other business functions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
At least 1 year of experience in Purchase to Pay and/or Fixed Assets accounting
Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken)
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and customer-oriented mindset
Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
Openness to learning and professional development
