Responsibilities

  • We're hiring an Italian speaking Order & Inventory Specialist to act as the primary interface for assigned countries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Single point of contact for regional supply chain operations
    • Oversee forecasting, stock levels, and vendor coordination
    • Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and manage escalations
    • Control transportation/warehousing costs and validate invoices
    • Drive automation, lean initiatives, and process alignment

Requirements

  • Requirements

    • 3+ years in supply chain, vendor management, or logistics field
    • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
    • Fluent English + Italian
    • Advanced Excel and ERP (SAP preferred), strong stakeholder management
