Responsibilities
We're hiring an Italian speaking Order & Inventory Specialist to act as the primary interface for assigned countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Single point of contact for regional supply chain operations
- Oversee forecasting, stock levels, and vendor coordination
- Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and manage escalations
- Control transportation/warehousing costs and validate invoices
- Drive automation, lean initiatives, and process alignment
Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years in supply chain, vendor management, or logistics field
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English + Italian
- Advanced Excel and ERP (SAP preferred), strong stakeholder management
