Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:
- Own and manage a collection portfolio
- Analyze financial statements to support credit-related decisions
- Build strong relationships with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Take part in credit management activities
- Support the team in monthly closing processes
- Actively contribute to a process improvement mindset

Requirements

What we're looking for:
- 0-1 year of relevant experience - fresh graduates are more than welcome!
- Fluent English and Italian - both written and spoken
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and research skills
- A detail-oriented, proactive mindset and great communication skills
