Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated IT professional to join our dynamically growing team, who is eager to take on a technical coordination role in an international environment.
This job is ideal for candidates with at least a few years of experience in a similar position, however we also encourage applications from highly motivated recent graduates. Candidates must be open for international travel and aspire to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operation of IT systems, acting as the IT point for contact for internal and customer requests
- Manage business outage, contribute to root cause analysis recovery plan and related communications
- Participating in IT projects and documentation
- Schedule and deploy Information systems components, plan changes and ensure successful implementation
- Managing IT budget, forecast, and enforcing cost-effectiveness
- Collaborating closely with foreign colleagues
- International business travel (system deployments, technical support)
Requirements
- Degree in IT or engineering (or ongoing studies in these fields)
- IT knowledge (networks, hardware, software) in the following areas :
- Operating system Windows and Linux
- Infrastructure services Monitoring
- Virtualization: Servers (Vmware),
- Security and network infrastructures (switching, Firewall)
- Storage: Backup, SAN, NAS, Archive,
- Databases
- Active directory
- A knowledge in Cloud solutions (Openstack, GCP) and development tools (Ansible, Gitlab, Artifatory) is appreciated
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Confident English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
