IT TEAM LEADER (HYBRID)

Full time, permanent position

• As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting clients with SAP software solutions. Beyond your active involvement in SAP consulting, development, and solution implementation, you will act as a people leader — by developing your team, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture, and supporting their professional growth. In addition, you will be a hiring manager, taking an active role in talent selection to strengthen the team.
  
• Support clients: You assist in implementing and maintaining SAP software solutions.
  
• Consulting and development: You participate in SAP consulting and/or development projects.
  
• Integrate solutions: You implement SAP solutions and develop strategies and concepts.
  
• Engage proactively: You contribute actively to project success.
  
• Build relationships: You maintain and develop relationships with clients and internal teams.
  
• Lead the team: You take on coordination and leadership responsibilities, ensuring team success.

• Educational background: You hold a relevant higher education degree in IT / economics
  
• SAP expertise: You have IT experience in the SAP field.
  
• Professional experience: You bring at least 5 years of client-facing, relevant work experience.
  
• Leadership experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., team leader).
  
• Communication talent: You communicate confidently in German and/or English.
  
• Trend awareness: You stay updated on market trends.
