Responsibilities

To strengthen our German IT-Applications team, we are looking for a dedicated IT-Systemadministrator who will support our company in the secure and efficient design of our IT system landscape.

Your responsibilities:

Support, maintenance, and continuous development of the Microsoft 365 application landscape (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
Establishment and expansion of AI-driven use cases within the M365 environment (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Syntex)
Ensuring data security, compliance, and data loss prevention (DLP) in Microsoft 365
Administration of permissions, identities, and interfaces in Entra ID / Azure
Administration of the IT software and application landscape
Continuous improvement of deployed IT services, systems, tools, and processes
Responsibility for 1st and 2nd level support in the area of IT applications
Creation and maintenance of IT concepts, process documentation, and technical documentation

Requirements

Professional Requirements:
Completed IT vocational training or a degree in computer science or a related field

Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
Experience with data security, compliance, Entra ID / Azure AD, as well as role and authorization management
Experience in the design and operation of cloud-based IT application systems
Experience in global IT projects and international collaboration
Ability to create technical documentation and IT concepts

Personal Requirements
Analytical, structured, and independent working style

Ability to work reliably under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
