Feladatok

An IT Project Manager plans, executes, and closes technology projects (like software launches or system upgrades) by defining scope, managing budgets/resources, leading teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring communication between technical teams and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget, bridging the gap between business needs and IT execution.

Elvárások

Team Leadership:
Assemble, motivate, guide, and monitor cross-functional teams (developers, engineers, etc.), assigning duties and resolving conflicts.

Resource & Budget Management:
Allocate resources, manage budgets, track expenses, and negotiate for necessary materials or personnel.

Planning & Strategy:
Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, create detailed plans (timelines, WBS), and align IT projects with business goals.
