Feladatok

Implementing IT projects
Acting as an interface between business units and IT service providers
Planning and coordinating IT (sub-)projects
Executing IT projects with budget responsibility
Assessing and evaluating requirements regarding IT strategy, IT architecture, and compliance standards
Leading diverse project teams
Moderating committees and steering groups
Presenting complex IT matters tailored to the audience
Aligning projects with classical and agile project management methods
Establishing and continuously optimizing project management methodologies

Elvárások

Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in classical and/or agile IT project management
Certification as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner
Excellent methodological expertise and broad range of (agile) tools and frameworks
Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills across all levels
Hands-on mentality
Conflict resolution skills
Conceptual and analytical strength

Very good English, written and spoken
