Responsibilities

Project Planning
Preparation and Maintenance of Project Schedule
Budget Estimation
Resource Planning
Setting Project Goals and KPIs
Project Management
Development and Maintenance of Project Plan Including Activities and Schedule
Deliverables Management
Tracking Project Performance
Preparation of Ad-Hoc and Regular Reports
Organization of Management Meetings
Vendor and Contract Management
Management of RFI and RFP Processes
Participation in Procurement Process Including Preparation of Decision Materials
Contract Management
Coordination of Project Team Members Including Scheduling Daily Project Activity and Monitoring Performance
Risk Management
Project Administration

Requirements

3-5 Years of Experience as IT Project Manager in Software Development Projects
Management of 5-8 Project Members
Strong Organizational and Time-Management Skills
In-Depth Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Good Relationship Building Skills
Good Analytical Skills
Problem-Solving Personality with Structured Thinking
Experience with Collaboration Tools (MS Project, JIRA, Sharepoint, Confluence, Office)
Strong Command of English Both Spoken and Written
College or University Degree in IT, Engineering or Economics
Proven Experience in Large-Scale Enterprise Environment

Nice-to-have

Experience in Agile Development, Experience in the Field of Financial Services, PMI/IPMA Degree, Possible Remote Work Environment Advantage
