Responsibilities
Project planning, Prepare and maintain project schedule, budget estimation, resource plan, set project goals and KPIs
Project management, develop and maintain Project Plan: activities and schedule, deliverables, track project performance, prepare ad-hoc and regular reports, organize management meeting
Vendor and Contract management, manage RFI and RFP processes, take part in procurement process – prepare decision materials, contract management
Coordinate project team members – schedule daily project activity, monitor performance
Risk management
Project administration

Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience as IT Project manager in software development projects
Managing at least 5-8 project members
Being extremely organized with strong time-management skills
In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodologies
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, good in relationship building
Good analytical skills
Problem-solving personality with structured thinking & collaboration tools (MS Project, JIRA, Sharepoint, Confluence, Office, etc.)
Strong command of English both spoken and written
College or University degree in IT, Engineering or Economics
Proven experience in large-scale enterprise environment (possible remote work environment is also an advantage)
Experience in Agile development
Experience in the field of Financial Services
PMI/IPMA degree
Managing at least 5-8 project members
Being extremely organized with strong time-management skills
