›› Company info
We are looking for a versatile IT Project Coordinator with a minimum of 3–4 years of experience to support the Privileged Identity Management initiatives. This role combines project management, business analysis, and technical collaboration to help identify control gaps, analyse data, and ensure remediation efforts are effective.
›› Main duties and responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, tracking timelines, deliverables, and quality;
- Analyse existing processes and code to identify control gaps and support remediation efforts;
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand the data, systems, and root causes of issues;
- Gather and analyse data, prepare reports, and support risk monitoring;
- Communicate project updates, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management;
- Responsible for business analysis and management support on program-driven initiatives;
- Document and maintain training and awareness materials;
- Support process improvement and governance practices in identity and access management.
›› Required competencies
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field;
- A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management;
- Technical background required to analyse code and data, collaborate with IT teams, identify and close control gaps, and interpret technical information effectively;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Comfortable balancing project management and business/technical analysis responsibilities.
›› Desirable competencies
- Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions (e.g., CyberArk);
- Familiarity with data analysis, automation, or orchestration projects;
- Understanding of authentication and authorisation techniques, processes, and IAM protocols.
