Join our partner in a remarkable global leadership role driving innovation and sustainability in the IT procurement field.
Feladatok
- Develop and lead the global IT procurement strategy in alignment with company's business and digital transformation goals
- Manage IT contracts, including software, hardware, cloud services, and strategic outsourcing agreements
- Lead and develop a high-performing international procurement team (Norway, Hungary, Brazil)
- Collaborate with senior leaders across all business areas to understand needs, influence decisions, and drive value creation
- Apply strong commercial acumen in negotiations, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives
- Demonstrate deep expertise across IT procurement categories (licensing models, SaaS, infrastructure, emerging technologies)
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations, legal requirements, and sustainability goals
- Promote innovation in procurement using digital tools and market intelligence
Additional Information
- Lead team of 6 (expanding to 8–9): 1 in Brazil, 1 in Norway, and 4 based in Hungary
- Locations: Budapest and Székesfehérvár (main site): managers are usually onsite 1-2 days a week
- Occasional business travel: approx. once every 1–2 months, mainly within Europe, with quarterly visits to Oslo
Elvárások
Education and Experience
- University degree in Business/ IT/ Supply Chain/ or a related field
- Fluent English (Portuguese, Norwegian, or Hungarian is an advantage)
- Proven experience in global IT procurement leadership roles, preferably in large, complex organizations
- Strong track record in managing high-value IT contracts and vendor relationships
- Solid management experience with international teams

- Strong leadership and ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
- Deep understanding of IT categories and global market trends
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset
