Responsibilities

Daily operational activities including handling service requests and troubleshooting complex network issues
Design, implementation, and optimization of corporate firewall architecture focusing on security, scalability, and high availability
Continuous improvement of network security infrastructure and processes
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in network security and DevOps automation
Support for deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of network security solutions
Identification of opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within network operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
5–10+ years of hands-on experience in Network Operations and/or Network Engineering
Strong technical foundation with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Proven experience in network security including Cisco switching and routing
Solid troubleshooting skills combined with strong operational and engineering capabilities
Expertise in Fortinet firewall solutions including design, deployment, and implementation

Nice-to-have

Hands-on experience with FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer
Experience with network automation and scripting tools such as Python, Ansible, Nautobot
DevOps mindset with focus on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement
