Responsibilities
Your Responsabilities
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate teams of designers and developers
- Design and develop web and mobile interfaces
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Define and implement product strategies and pricing models
- Collaborate with business owners to guide strategic product decisions
Requirements
What we require
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Product Owner in digital products
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, prototyping, and usability testing
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management
- Ability to analyze business processes and contribute to pricing or strategy decisions
- Technical skills such as SQL, Python, Web3, or Cloud Computing are a plus
- Strong communication skills in English and knowledge of French and Arabic
- Passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences
