Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of IT infrastructure (including Security measures), ensuring seamless functionality in Data Centers and in Remote Locations.
Collaborate with various IT functions, particularly with the IT Service Desk and Desktop Team, to ensure efficient process execution.
Contribute actively to the development of the IT knowledge base and asset documentation.
Assess new services, systems, and processes to improve LAT Nitrogen IT capabilities.
Implement new infrastructure solutions and coordinate with external service providers for operations and support.
Develop, enhance, document and test Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) in specific IT Infrastructure area.
Identify and drive the adoption of IT innovations within your field of responsibility.
Occasionally lead and contribute to IT infrastructure related projects
Mentor junior engineers supporting their technical and professional development.

Requirements

. Technical Expertise (at least two of the following):
- Networking (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Firewalls)
- Server management – HW, SW (MS Windows, Linux)
- Data Backup & Recovery
- Active Directory, Entra ID, monitoring and other applications supporting IT Infrastructure
- Public Cloud (Azure) services – W365
- Databases – MS SQL Server
- Infrastructure Monitoring & Automation
Excellent analytical, methodical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a multinational team spread across many locations.
Relevant IT education or significant work experience
Fluency in English
Required experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in the defined field of technical responsibility.
